For starters, the McLaren F1 held the Guinness World Record for the fastest production car for over ten years strong, and Fantastic Finishes had the honor of hosting it's predecessor, the McLaren MP4-12 HS at our shop as we prepped it to impeccable show standards.
The standard of quality and engineering that goes into the manufacturing of the McLaren is nothing short of prestigious. The name itself has become the foundation of a multi national business conglomerate dominating the world of technology as Bruce McLaren first dominated the raceways. With a technology center complex serving as their main headquarters, the company produces state of the art automobiles and aerodynamic technology under one roof.
The McLaren MP4-12 HS, "High Sport" Model featured here is extremely rare. It is the first of five of ever produced, each of which are owned by Mclaren’s personal clients. It sports a McLaren Orange, a carbon-fibre high downforce rear diffuser, wheel arch louvres, a modified airbrake calibration as well as an 85hp power increase to it's already astonishing 616.
Here we give you a first hand look at a vehicle only a select few will ever set their eyes on; a true marvel in the intricate detail and quality in which the HS was produced.
